Singam 2 crossed 50 days successfully

Actor Surya's action entertainer Singam 2,directed by Hari, has crossed 50 days successfully. The film is still running in Tamilnadu making the producers happy. The film has been declared a blockbuster and it is running successfully in the US too. In US, it is next only to Rajinikanth's Endhiran in crossing 50 days at the box office. Singam 2, is a sequel to Hari's Singam and the director had retained most of his charters in the sequel too. The film had Suriya, Anushka, Hansika, Rahman, Vijayakumarr,Vivekh and Santhanam. In the film, Suriya essayed the role of Durai Singam, a dutiful cop and with the success of Singam 2 he has again proved that he is a hit among the family audience.

"I would love to do the third part of "Singam" provided my director has the patience and time to work again. The excitement with with which we have worked for this film has given me the confidence to work again if there is a third instalment in the offing" Suriya He was speaking at the audio launch of "Singam 2", which is directed by Hari Gopalakrishnan, who had helmed the first part. "We spent nearly eight months on this project and, therefore, time becomes crucial if we are planning to collaborate for the next part. Director Hari is already committed to his next project, so am I. If time permits, we may return soon," he added. Singam 2, starring Anushka Shetty, Hansika Motwani, Nassar, Vijayakumar, Santhanam, Vivek and Anjali in important roles. Produced by Prince Pictures, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad. Suriya on vacation in America with family

Actor Surya has flied to America with his family for the much needed holiday. Suriya has wrapped up the shooting schedules of Hari directed Singam 2 and the trailer has got more than 12 Lakh hits raising the expectations to the peaks. Singam 2 casting Hansika, Anushka as the lead ladies will have its audio launch on June 2 and the film is gearing up for a release in the second week. Meanwhile, Suriya will join the sets of Gautam Vasudev Menon's Dhruva Natchitharam after his return from the holiday. AR Rahman is the music composer.

Surya's Singam 2 heads to Malaysia

Actor Suriya’s Action entertianment Singam 2 has completed its shooting part in South Africa and left to Malaysia. Director Hari is busy canning few action sequences for Singam-2. Hollywood actor Danny Sapani is playing the role of antagonist in this flick. Studio Green Prabhu tweeted, “After the successful shoot in #southafrica #Singam heads to Malaysia Tomorrow. #Suriya #Singam2.” Suriya will pair with Anushka and Hansika. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer and Priyan will handle the cinematography.
